Embarcadero 41 Coral Springs is looking for a Kitchen Prep Cook who takes pride in organization, consistency, and high‐quality work. Prep is the foundation of our kitchen, and we’re searching for someone who can help us deliver fresh, bold flavors every day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to exact recipes and standards
• Maintain freshness through proper rotation, labeling, and dating
• Keep prep and line stations stocked, organized, and ready for peak hours
• Support cooks by ensuring all mise en place is complete
• Communicate proactively when items run low or need attention
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment
• Reliable, team‐oriented, and committed to quality
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Spanish language is a must
