Restaurant Line Cook

Portofino Pizza & Pasta Restaurant in Parker is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our busy Italian kitchen. Located at 10920 South Parker Road, Parker, CO, our team values quality food preparation and a collaborative work environment. The Line Cook will report directly to the Head Chef and is expected to work regular weekend shifts. We offer a flexible schedule and prioritize quick hiring and training for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Perform prep work including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
• Manage inventory and monitor stock levels
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and tools
• Ensure food quality through consistent quality control checks
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain efficient workflow
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of line cooking experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Proficient knife skills
• Commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
