Landscape Laborer

We are seeking a reliable Landscape Laborer to support our medium-sized team in maintaining lawns and landscaping projects. This role involves operating commercial mowing equipment, performing general labor tasks such as moving materials, and ensuring job sites stay clean and safe. The Landscape Laborer will report directly to the Site Manager and contribute to keeping our jobs on schedule and of high quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial lawn mowing equipment to maintain turf areas
• Perform debris cleanup to ensure neat and safe work sites
• Assist with general landscape maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Support the team with moving materials and equipment
• Collaborate effectively with a medium crew of 4-7 members
• Report progress and issues to the Site Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance
• Valid driver's license
