Steady Monday–Friday Schedule | Growth Opportunity

Location: Ft. Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience

Our company is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates with forklift experience for a full-time opportunity in Ft. Myers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in working safely and efficiently, and is looking for consistent hours with a company where there is potential to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Load and unload trucks and organize warehouse materials
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory
• Stock and organize products and materials
• Prepare products for delivery and shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Forklift operating experience required; current certification is a plus
• Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs. and remain active throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
