Site General Manager – C‐Store, Gas Station & QSR

Location: Toano, VA Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually + performance incentives

We’re a small franchise group seeking a hands-on, people-first Site General Manager to lead daily operations for our convenience store, gas station, and quick-service restaurant in Toano, VA. This role is perfect for a driven operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing teams, and takes pride in running a clean, efficient, customer-focused business.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all store, fuel, and QSR operations with full P&L responsibility
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment
• Maintain brand standards, food safety, and operational compliance
• Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and cash controls
• Drive sales growth through merchandising, service, and community engagement
• Create schedules, manage labor, and optimize staffing
• Protect the business through safety, security, and loss prevention practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience in C-store, QSR, retail, or fuel operations
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate teams
• Proven ability to manage operations, solve problems, and deliver results
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, family-owned environment with direct support
• Reliable, organized, and committed to operational excellence
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays
