Production-Warehouse Worker (English and Spanish Language)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Production Worker to join our large production department. This essential role supports efficient production by accurately assembling products, maintaining organized workstations, and adhering to safety protocols. The position offers 3 different shifts and requires physical activity including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, bag or shrink-wrap products accurately and efficiently on the production line
• Maintain organized workstations and production areas
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and report progress to the Production Supervisor
• Monitor product quality and identify any defects
• Support inventory replenishment and material handling as needed
• Ability to work weekends to meet production demands

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience includes warehouse, assembly, machine operation, construction, landscaping, carpentry, roofing or order fulfillment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Language: Ability to speak basic English or Spanish
