Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help maintain a secure and supportive testing environment. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, takes pride in their work, and works well independently while upholding high standards.


Schedule & Availability:

  • Regular assigned shifts:
  • Monday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Shift options (as needed):
  • Monday, Friday, Saturday
  • AM: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  • PM: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Shifts may be moved and/or additional shifts added based on testing demand
  • Team members collaborate to help cover shifts when needed
  • Schedules are posted one month in advance to support planning and consistency

This role is best suited for individuals who can maintain a consistent schedule and reliably attend all assigned shifts.


Pay:

  • Starting at $14.50/hour
  • Increase to $15.50/hour upon full certification and required testing completion
  • Employees who maintain annual certification and demonstrate strong performance and reliability may be considered for pay increases as part of yearly review discussions, based on business needs


What You’ll Do:

  • Greet candidates and verify identification
  • Proctor and monitor exams in a secure testing environment
  • Follow and uphold all testing policies and procedures
  • Provide a calm, professional, and supportive experience for all candidates
  • Address or escalate issues promptly and appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized testing space, including use of standard sanitation products for testing rooms and materials


What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures closely
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable performing routine cleaning tasks using sanitation products
  • Professional and courteous communication skills


Dress Code:
Business casual attire is required, including:

  • Clean, neat appearance at all times
  • Collared shirts, blouses, or professional tops
  • Slacks or dark-colored jeans (no rips, holes, or distressing)
  • Closed-toe shoes
