Known for exceptional customer service and technical expertise, we are looking for a dedicated Counter Sales Associate to be part of our growing team.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist customers at our front counter with part identification, order processing, and product retrieval. This hybrid role involves working with customers, entering orders into our system, and then transitioning to the warehouse to locate and pull parts for order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries
• Use internal computer systems to look up parts, check inventory, and enter orders accurately
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on industrial water pump parts and accessories
• Pick parts from the warehouse to complete customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area
• Communicate effectively with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using computers and learning internal systems for inventory and sales entry
• Bilingual is required
• Ability to lift and move parts in a warehouse environment (up to 50 lbs.)
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
• Knowledge of water pumps, plumbing, or industrial equipment a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

• $18.00
• Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience
• Benefits offered after probationary period
