Customer Service Representative

Job description:

Minuteman Press of South Scottsdale is looking for a part time or full time customer service representative. Our shop is fast paced and provides products and services in a business-to-business and business-to-customer capacity.

Required Skills:

-Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow complex instructions and multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

-Excellent basic math and computer skills

-Superior customer service and problem solving skills

-Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Skills:

-Experience communicating with customers and submitting files to vendors as well as understanding their requirements.

-Knowledge of digital printers such as Konica Minolta or Xerox and/or Offset Printing a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Quoting / Estimating
• Work Ordering
• Invoicing
• Replying to client emails and answering phones
• Proactively seek to help commercial clients with all their printing
• Shifting focus to workflow bottlenecks
• Working closely in a team-oriented environment
• Assisting in the print production duties as needed
