Key Responsibilities
• Executive Support: Deliver VIP, high-touch remote technical support to C-suite executives and senior leadership, ensuring zero business disruption.
• Office IT Operations: Provide virtual administration and support for core office software, cloud systems, and shared corporate infrastructure.
• Client-Facing Support: Act as a technical point of contact for external clients, diagnosing and resolving application, software access, and data sync issues.
• Remote Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 software, operating system (Windows/macOS), and network connectivity issues via remote access tools.
• Virtual Meetings: Provide real-time remote support for high-profile virtual meetings, webinars, and executive video conferences (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Cloud Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, password resets, and security groups within enterprise cloud environments (M365/Google Workspace).
