Sales Associates

Sales Associates is a dynamic position making sales, picking orders, even making deliveries. Our business is small so our teams responsibilities are ever evolving as we strive to deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves organizing stock, receiving goods, managing inventory accuracy, and contributing general construction and carpentry knowledge to assist customers and team members. Proficiency with technology and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this dynamic position. Associates can train in place but prior technical skill is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Efficiently locate products and complete sales in a fast paced environment
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Organize stock efficiently for quick retrieval and sales support
• Receive incoming goods and verify shipment accuracy
• Maintain inventory accuracy and order necessary materials
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with team members
• Collaborate with a medium-sized team (6-10 members)
• Use inventory management software to track stock and shipments
• Apply general construction and carpentry knowledge to assist customers and improve operations

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification and operation experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Experience in carpentry, construction, or retail environments
