This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced automotive systems, including electrical, powertrain, suspension, and transmission components, in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Duties

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently
  • Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, steering, and brakes
  • Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical problems
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and fluid replacements
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose and repair advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) to ensure vehicle safety features operate correctly
  • Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to team members and customers

Qualifications

  • Proven service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair.
  • Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools
  • Hands-on experience with powertrain repairs, vehicle transmission systems, diesel engine repair, and vehicle suspension system repairs
  • Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service best practices
  • Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately and perform complex repairs confidently
  • Strong technical proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices
  • PA State and Emissions required
