Porter / Vehicle Detailer - Car Dealership

Job Title: Dealership Porter – Keep the Lot Moving & Looking Sharp

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $16.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, hours between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (some Saturdays required)
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary

As a Porter, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps both the sales lot and service department operating at a high level. From moving vehicles to maintaining a spotless lot, your work directly impacts the customer experience every day.

What You’ll Do

• Move vehicles between service lanes, parking areas, and the showroom
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customers and display
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Assist with vehicle pickups and deliveries as needed
• Greet customers and support service drop-off and pickup
• Check in new inventory and park vehicles in designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness in service drive and dealership grounds
• Report any vehicle damage or facility concerns promptly

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Team player with a professional, customer-friendly attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day

Work Environment

• Fast-paced dealership setting with constant movement
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Physical role with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
