Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Monocacy Start Center is looking for an experienced BCBA to join our small team in providing services to children and teens with Autism. Our blended program is primarily center based, with supplemental home-based services to maximize program effectiveness.

BCBAs enjoy flexible scheduling, minimal to no driving requirements, and opportunities to work remotely for a substantial portion of their workweek. Our BCBAs are empowered to focus on meaningful outcomes for children and families without excessive billable hour pressures. You will work alongside a supportive, interdisciplinary team of psychologists and BCBAs who value collaboration, professional expertise, and innovative thinking.
