Armed Security Guard

R3S Security is seeking dependable, professional, and highly motivated Armed Security Guards to join our team. The Armed Security Guard will be responsible for protecting personnel, property, equipment, and facilities while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Responsibilities - Protect personnel, property, and company assets. - Conduct security patrols and monitor assigned areas. - Control access to the facility and verify authorized personnel. - Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other security systems. - Respond appropriately to security incidents and emergencies. - Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident reports. - Enforce site security policies and procedures. - Maintain a professional presence and provide excellent customer service. - Communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, clients, and emergency personnel. - Safely and responsibly carry and maintain an authorized firearm. - Perform other security-related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must be at least 21 years of age. - Must possess a valid driver's license. - Must meet all state requirements for an armed security license. - Must be legally authorized to possess and carry a firearm. - Must successfully pass required background checks. - Must be able to pass required drug screening, if applicable. - Previous security, military, law enforcement, or related experience preferred. - Strong communication and observation skills. - Professional appearance and dependable work ethic. - Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies. - Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Preferred Experience - Armed security experience. - Military or law enforcement experience. - Industrial, manufacturing, corporate, or facility security experience. - Experience with access control, surveillance systems, and incident reporting.pd
