Executive Assistant

The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment Professionals serving the Finger Lakes Region is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to primarily a single executive, and at times others, ensuring efficient management of their schedule and communications. This role demands professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills to handle various administrative tasks and support project and event planning needs. This is a direct hire opportunity with a full benefits package available.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Prepare materials and logistics for meetings
• Serve as a communication liaison on behalf of the executive
• Organize and manage confidential documents
• Support project coordination and follow-up tasks
• Prepare presentations, and work with outside marketing firms
• Plan and execute events related to the executive’s role
• Accurately enter and manage data using standard office software
• Handle incoming calls, emails and inquiries, directing them appropriately

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive support, or similar administrative assistant role
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint highly desired
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and communication skills
