WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone technical, precise, and takes pride in getting the numbers right. Just as important, you should be accountable, resourceful, and responsive. We expect people to take ownership, follow through, communicate early when there is a problem, and take initiative rather than wait to be told what to do.
Onsite is a hands-on, fast-moving company. We work hard, move quickly, and expect people to take ownership, but we are also flexible, practical, and give you autonomy. This is primarily an in-office role at our new office, with site visits as needed. You will report directly to the Principal.
