Desktop Field Support

Location: Mont Belvieu, Tx

Required Experience/Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong desktop skills, software troubleshooting skills
• Windows 11 Experience, upgrades, feature updates
• Microsoft Office
• Application Installation and Troubleshooting
• Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting
• Network communications understanding
• Experience with LAN/WAN technologies
• Racking and stacking equipment
• Cable installation (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc..)
• Project lead, organizing project tasks

Experience with the following technologies are highly encouraged but not all are mandatory:

• Cisco/Aruba experience
• VSAT
• Ubiquiti Radios
• UPS installation and support

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and support network equipment at field locations, following guidelines provided.
• Support end user devices, applications and consult with business needs to provide the proper solutions.

Expectations:

• Work onsite at a variety of field locations M-F 8am-5pm, with occasional need for after hours work.
• Must be located within 45 minutes of primary work location.
