Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Analyst
Location: Mason, OH – Hybrid as needed
Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Type: Temp-to-Hire | Immediate Start
Pay: $43.57/hr on w2
Job Summary:
Responsible for executing, validating, and delivering regulatory/client reports accurately, timely, and in compliance with requirements. Manage recurring reporting, schedules, documentation, issue resolution, and audit support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run, validate, QA, and deliver reports using BusinessObjects, QlikView, or equivalent tools.
- Maintain reporting trackers, schedules, and work instructions.
- Ensure regulatory and internal quality compliance.
- Support reporting issues, audits, and quality initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and large-volume data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Regulatory/CMS reporting, SAP BusinessObjects/BI or QlikView, QA/report validation, and audit support experience.
