About the Role

Multi Housing Depot is seeking a Technical Sales Support / Outside Project Support professional to join our Sales Operations team. This position plays an important role in supporting our customers and sales team throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in the field, and enjoys a combination of customer service, technical work, project coordination, and sales support. This position will travel throughout the Lehigh Valley and North Jersey area to visit multi-housing properties, take measurements, gather project information, troubleshoot cabinetry, and support successful project execution.

What You'll Do

• Visit apartment communities, condominiums, and other multi-housing properties to accurately measure kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, and countertops.
• Gather project information including floor plans, room dimensions, square footage, and other specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair cabinetry in the field.
• Prepare accurate measurement reports and maintain organized project documentation.
• Provide technical support to the sales team, including assistance with leads, proposals, presentations, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer questions and provide product information and support.
• Assist with project planning and coordination to help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and help resolve issues that arise during implementation.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet company and customer expectations.
• Stay informed on trends, regulations, and best practices within the multi-housing construction, renovation, and design industries.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales support, project coordination, customer service, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure and document project specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of products and design.
• Comfortable working both independently in the field and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Familiarity with CRM, IMOS, Smartsheet, and Adobe Sign is a plus.
• Experience in the multi-housing, construction, renovation, cabinetry, or related industries is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Work Environment

This is a field-based position that combines office and on-site responsibilities. The role involves regular driving and travel throughout the Lehigh Valley and North Jersey area, as well as time spent at construction sites and properties undergoing renovation.
