What You’ll Do

As a Door-to-Door Canvasser and Estimate Setter, you’ll represent AA Total Painting in targeted neighborhoods throughout Tampa Bay.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Knocking on doors and starting conversations with homeowners.
• Introducing AA Total Painting and explaining our painting services.
• Identifying homeowners interested in interior or exterior painting.
• Generating qualified leads for the sales team.
• Scheduling free painting estimates with interested homeowners.
• Collecting accurate customer and appointment information.
• Answering basic questions about our company and services.
• Following our canvassing script and proven sales process.
• Tracking your daily conversations, leads, and appointments.
• Representing the company with professionalism, confidence, and positive energy.
• Consistently working toward individual and team performance goals.

You will not be responsible for completing painting estimates or closing the entire sale. Your primary responsibility is to create interest, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

No Experience Necessary

Previous canvassing, sales, customer service, or marketing experience is helpful, but it is not required.

This is a results-driven position. Team members are expected to consistently:

• Ability to commute to Riverview and surrounding Tampa Bay communities.
