About the Opportunity

An established indoor entertainment venue in the Atlanta/Smyrna area is seeking an experienced General Manager to take ownership of daily operations, team performance and the overall guest experience.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys a busy environment and knows how to balance people leadership, operational execution and business performance. The General Manager will lead the park team while ensuring the facility consistently delivers a safe, clean and engaging experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across the facility and maintain strong operational standards
• Recruit, train, coach and develop managers and team members
• Build a positive, accountable culture focused on both employees and guests
• Manage staffing levels, schedules and labor based on business needs
• Support revenue growth through memberships, parties, events and community outreach
• Monitor attendance, retention and other key performance indicators
• Maintain established safety, cleanliness and guest service standards
• Coordinate facility maintenance and address operational needs as they arise
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, team performance and overall park results
• Lead from the floor and remain actively engaged during high-volume operating periods

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 7+ years of leadership or management experience
• Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, restaurants, retail or another high-volume customer-facing operation
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop and lead teams
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require
