Oracle EBS Specialist

This is an opportunity to play a key role in implementation, then management of, and supporting Oracle EBS solutions to optimize global processes.

• Provide requirements gathering, configuration, testing and deployments
• Lead and participate in Oracle EBS R12.2.11 deployments
• Develop detailed specifications; workflows, process flows, system integration points and to guide developers in implementing solutions effectively.
• Provide support and maintenance for Oracle EBS Order Management and Discrete Manufacturing applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide end-user support and training including 3rd party delivered support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot system errors and implement enhancements
• Recommend improvements and innovations by staying updated on Oracle EBS updates, features and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working within ERP Systems
• Experience working as an ERP Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on implementing and supporting ERP solutions for manufacturing and order management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Information Technology or Computer Science or a related field.
• Preferred experience with Oracle EBS Modules (Cloud Functionality); Order management, Enterprise Asset Management, Manufacturing; Solid understanding of the functionality and process flows for these areas
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS implementation, configuration, integration and support.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end project activities, including scope definition, requirements planning, scheduling, and resource alignment
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working effectively in fast passed or evolving environments.
