NORR Kitchen | Client Experience & Booking Concierge
Job Description
NORR Kitchen | Client Experience & Booking Concierge
Luxury Private Dining & Events | Remote | Part-Time
Charleston, SC Preferred | $17–$26/hour
About NORR
At NORR Kitchen, we don't cater, we curate.
NORR creates elevated private dining and event experiences across the country, from intimate dinners and milestone celebrations to weddings, corporate gatherings, and destination events.
Our background spans luxury hospitality, culinary production, and experiential events, with work connected to names including The Macallan, Williams Sonoma, Four Seasons, Krug, and Bon Appétit, and press appearances including Vogue, ELLE, and ELLE Decor.
We're looking for a warm, articulate, highly accountable Client Experience & Booking Concierge to help turn the demand already coming to NORR into confirmed experiences.
The Role
This is inbound booking and conversion — not cold calling.
The clients you contact have already reached out to NORR because they are actively planning a dinner, birthday, wedding, bachelorette, corporate event, or other special occasion.
Your job is to contact new leads, understand what they're planning, discuss their needs and budget, answer questions, explain what NORR can create for them, follow up, and convert qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings.
If the client's vision and budget align with what we can deliver, your job is to help find the right solution and confidently move the conversation forward.
There are no aggressive scripts or pressure tactics. We sell through listening, hospitality, confidence, and follow-through.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to new inbound leads by phone, text, and email
- Speak directly with prospective clients about their event, priorities, guest count, location, and budget
- Explain NORR's services, pricing, process, and value clearly
- Recommend solutions that align with what the client wants and can realistically spend
- Confidently guide qualified clients toward booking
- Follow up consistently so viable opportunities never fall through the cracks
- Track every lead, conversation, follow-up, and booking accurately
- Communicate important client information to the NORR team
- Accurately track working time and maintain clear records of work completed while on the clock
Remote does not mean unaccountable. Paid working time must correspond with documented lead, client, follow-up, or assigned work activity.
Who We're Looking For
You're naturally warm, articulate, and easy to talk to. You can make a stranger feel comfortable quickly while still moving a conversation toward a decision.
You listen well, ask intelligent questions, are comfortable discussing money, and aren't afraid to ask for the booking when the fit is right.
Most importantly, you're organized and accountable. You follow through, document your work, and don't allow promising clients to disappear because someone forgot to call them back.
Hospitality instincts matter more to us than traditional sales experience.
Preferred Experience
2+ years preferred in luxury or boutique hospitality, hotels, concierge services, private dining, weddings/events, restaurant reservations, venue bookings, catering, or high-end client relations.
You should have:
- Exceptional phone presence and verbal communication
- Strong written communication
- Confidence discussing pricing and budgets
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Reliable timekeeping and work documentation
- A quiet, professional remote work environment
- Reliable internet, computer, and phone access
- Flexible part-time availability, including some evenings or weekends
Compensation & Structure
Starting Rate: $17–$24/hour
Rate is based on relevant experience, communication ability, hospitality background, and demonstrated performance.
This is a part-time independent contractor / 1099 opportunity. Weekly hours are not guaranteed and vary based on inquiry volume, business needs, availability, and performance.
There is opportunity for increased compensation and responsibility based on reliability, professionalism, and conversion performance.
The NORR Standard
Our clients come to us because they're already planning something meaningful.
They've already raised their hand. Your job is to turn that interest into confidence — and when the fit is right, into a booking.
Listen carefully. Tell the truth. Find the solution. Follow through. Ask for the booking. Document your work.
