Commercial HVAC/R Technician

Position: HVAC/R - Refrigeration Technician

Pay: $60k-75k D.O.E + commission.

Schedule: Monday - Friday + weekends as needed.

Who we are looking for:
DeHart Plumbing, Heating & Air is actively seeking experienced refrigeration and commercial HVAC service technicians who are ready and motivated to take their career to the next level with us. We will provide a fully stocked company vehicle so our technicians can be as prepared as possible in the field. Base pay ranges between $52,000-$75,000 with the opportunity to make well over $100k.

2 or more years of experience in the following is required for success:

• Assess, troubleshoot and repair broken and/or malfunctioning commercial/industrial HVAC/R equipment.
• Working with mid-temp, low-temp, and ice machines.
• Familiarity with super heat and sub-cooling, integrated controls, VFD and VAV’s.
• Performing routine tune-ups and maintenance.

Additional qualifications:

• EPA Certification
• Top notch customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work assigned hours and overtime as needed
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60 lbs
• Clean driving record, criminal background, and pass a drug test
