Electrical Estimator

Commercial Electrical Estimator — $75K+ (DOE)

We're looking for a Commercial Electrical Estimator to join a growing electrical construction team. If you're sharp with takeoffs, comfortable reading plans, and ready to own the bidding process from start to finish, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do:

• Review plans and specs to build accurate cost estimates for electrical construction projects
• Perform material and labor takeoffs, and price out equipment and subcontractor scope
• Put together detailed proposals and present estimates during bid meetings
• Spot value engineering opportunities — better materials, smarter methods, real cost savings
• Keep a sharp, current pricing database for materials, labor, and equipment
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to keep bids competitive and accurate

What you bring:

• 3–4+ years of estimating experience (electrical construction preferred)
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
• Solid grasp of electrical codes and how to read civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans
• Bluebeam experience a plus
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office and estimating software

Good to know:

• Pay: starting at $75,000/year, commensurate with experience — paid weekly
• Some extended hours and occasional weekends depending on project needs
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
