Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Springfield, Ohio
Pay: $20.13–$40.30 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Available Shifts:
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Overtime and additional hours may be required as needed.

What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Your work will directly support production by helping minimize downtime and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Diagnose equipment failures and determine the appropriate corrective action.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot AC/DC motors, motor controls, starters, relays, contactors, and VFDs.
- Troubleshoot sensors, proximity switches, limit switches, safety circuits, light curtains, and gate interlocks.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from 24VDC through 600VAC.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Inspect equipment and identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance.
- Work closely with production teams to reduce equipment downtime.
- Support continuous improvement and 5S activities.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment.
- Ability to use electrical testing equipment, including multimeters.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
