Job Title: HVAC Installer

**This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

We are looking for Lead HVAC Installer for a busy mechanical contractor doing business in the DC/Baltimore area. The Lead HVAC Installer will be responsible for the installation of sold HVAC units/products for residential/commercial customers.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $30 - $40 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Maintain communication with dispatch and other team members.
• Keep your company truck clean.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. (Employer is willing to help)
