Mission Alignment Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time/PartTime
Location: Remote
We are seeking a Mission Alignment Analyst with 7+ years of experience evaluating business processes, IT investments, strategic planning, and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate IT investments and business processes to ensure alignment with organizational mission and strategic objectives.
- Support strategic planning, performance management, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Develop and analyze performance metrics, business requirements, and organizational goals.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technology initiatives with mission priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, IT investment analysis, or mission alignment.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and strategic planning.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or CBAP is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
