We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Wiring / Electronics & Special Machine Wiring Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling and wiring industrial control panels, installing electrical and electronic components, and integrating control, instrumentation, and data-acquisition systems into custom-built testing machinery.

The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial electrical wiring, low-voltage electronics, sensors, instrumentation, and systematic troubleshooting. This role requires the ability to read electrical schematics, follow safe wiring practices, perform precision electronics work, and diagnose electrical and electronic problems during machine assembly, checkout, installation, and service.


Qualifications:

· Technical certificate, associate degree, or equivalent training in electrical technology, electronics technology, industrial automation, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.

· Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, low-voltage electronics, and machine-wiring practices.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, electronic circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and technical manuals.

· Familiarity with common instrumentation signals, including thermocouples, RTDs, strain-gauge devices, 0–10 VDC signals, and 4–20 mA current loops.

· Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, data-acquisition systems, industrial computers, and communication networks.

· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

· Ability to work independently from drawings and instructions while also collaborating effectively with engineers, machine builders, and other technicians.

· Ability to organize work, manage multiple assignments, and meet production schedules.

· Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
