Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
The LPN/LVN will utilize clinical knowledge and critical-thinking skills to assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, perform clinical procedures, collaborate with healthcare teams, and advocate for patients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an outpatient setting and committed to delivering safe, efficient, and evidence-based care.
Pay Rate: $37.17/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate nursing care.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments according to established protocols.
- Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures.
- Conduct point-of-care testing and accurately document results.
- Support patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Educate patients regarding treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
- Advocate for patients and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
- Follow all applicable healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
- Minimum of 1 year of related healthcare experience.
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings is required.
- Experience with:
- Phlebotomy
- Vaccine administration
- Point-of-care testing
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Epic experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
