Lead commercial hvac installer

The Lead Commercial HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing the installation and startup of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring all work complies with state building codes and safety standards. This role involves direct management of a team of installers and close collaboration with project managers to deliver high-quality and efficient HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise a team of HVAC installers
• Install, inspect, and start up commercial HVAC systems according to state building codes
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to safety compliance standards
• Coordinate projects and collaborate with project managers
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout project stages
• Conduct equipment inspection and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Maintain detailed documentation of installation processes and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
• Expertise in commercial HVAC systems and installation techniques
• Proficient in blueprint reading and safety compliance
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
