CADD Technician

LONG-TERM, TEMPORARY ROLE

Location: East Atlanta (near Moreland Ave.)
Hours: Daytime
Hourly Rate: $39.00

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain 2D and/or 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and schematics based on design requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, specifications, and project documentation.
• Revise drawings based on proposed changes.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
• Maintain organized CAD files, drawing registers, and document revisions.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, contractors, and other project personnel.
• Perform drawing checks for accuracy, dimensions, annotations, and consistency.
• Assist with preparing as-built drawings and updating existing drawings.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare floor plans compatible with ESRI products.
