Job Title: HVAC Installer-Heat Pump Specialist
Location: Granby, MA (onsite)

Responsibilities

• Install air-source heat pump systems, including ducted and ductless systems, in residential properties.
• Run refrigerant lines, mount indoor and outdoor units, and complete system startup and commissioning.
• Work effectively with crew leads and installation teams to meet daily production goals.
• Follow applicable program requirements, combustion safety procedures, building codes, and A2L refrigerant handling practices.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience installing ductless mini-splits and/or ducted heat pump systems.
• EPA Section 608 certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification may be considered.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined residential spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, code-compliant installations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
