MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS NEEDED

Put your skills to work where they matter! We’re hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities throughout Gainesville. If you’re someone who takes pride in fixing things right, keeping properties in great shape, and providing excellent service to residents, we want to hear from you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Respond to and resolve resident work orders/service requests
- Troubleshoot and repair common electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
- Handle painting, drywall, and general property repairs
- Assist with grounds and community upkeep as needed
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience with general property repairs
- Strong communication and resident/customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work independently while also being a team player
- Someone dependable, hands-on, and proud of the quality of their work
SKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU APART
Experience in:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Drywall & painting
- Appliance repair
- HVAC
HVAC certification is a PLUS, but not required!
