Job Summary:-
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge Hospitality Specialist to provide exceptional service to guests, clients, and employees in a professional corporate environment. This position will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, assist with lobby check-in, coordinate meetings and conference rooms, and support various office and hospitality activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, a professional demeanor, excellent organizational abilities, and strong problem-solving skills. The candidate should be comfortable working independently and interacting with guests and employees throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities;-
Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a professional manner.
Validate guests against visitor lists and assist with the check-in process.
Provide badges and parking validation when applicable.
Serve as a concierge and assist guests, clients, and employees with general inquiries.
Provide information regarding local hotels, restaurants, and points of interest.
Coordinate meeting room schedules and ensure rooms are properly prepared.
Arrange necessary supplies, signage, and workspace setup for meetings and client visits.
Coordinate catering for meetings and events with support staff and vendors.
Assist with audio/visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
Support company events, parties, group functions, and department meetings.
Maintain and update company phone and speed-dial lists.
Provide backup clerical support to Executive Assistants.
Assist with general office administration, reception, copying, mail services, shipping, and receiving.
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and supplies.
Assist with daily facilities management activities.
Support executive-level, client-facing staff.
Assist with vendor procurement and coordination for special projects.
Prepare proposals using customer systems and support print production activities.
Represent the company's professional culture when interacting with guests, clients, and employees.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:-
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of customer service, hospitality, reception, concierge, or related experience.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and welcoming demeanor.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to use or learn audio/visual equipment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Experience in a professional corporate or headquarters environment preferred.
Must be comfortable standing and engaging with guests and employees throughout the day.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required.
No driving required.
