Job Description
Maintenance Technician – 2nd or 3rd Shift
Pay: up to $34.50/hour

We’re seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills. This is a hands-on role supporting production equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and equipment changeovers.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
- Replace sensors, mechanical components, and other parts as needed
- Clean, inspect, lubricate, and service production equipment
- Assist with tooling and equipment changeovers
- Create maintenance work orders and document completed work
- Support production, safety, and quality requirements
- Work alongside experienced maintenance team members on more complex repairs
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
- Ability to use basic tools, gauges, and measurement equipment
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Schedule Options
Second Shift | Monday-Friday | 4:20pm – 12:30am
Third Shift | Monday–Friday | 12:20 am – 8:30 am

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds during the shift.
