We are looking for experienced industrial maintenance professionals across both mechanical and electrical specialties. Whether your strength is troubleshooting mechanical equipment, industrial electrical systems, PLCs and controls, or a combination of all three, there may be a fit.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your technical background, responsibilities may include:

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facility systems.
  • Diagnose motors, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.
  • Troubleshoot 480V/277V/120V electrical systems, motors, starters, contactors, VFDs, MCCs, control panels, and electrical enclosures.
  • Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment involving I/O, sensors, HMIs, safety circuits, interlocks, and ladder logic.
  • Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Support equipment installations, modifications, startups, and continuous-improvement projects.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and fellow maintenance technicians to quickly resolve equipment issues.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, equipment reliability, housekeeping, and team accountability.


Two Backgrounds We Want to Meet

Mechanical / Multi-Craft Maintenance

You may be a strong fit if you have:

  • Industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, alignment, and general production equipment.
  • Basic industrial electrical troubleshooting ability.
  • PLC familiarity or multi-craft experience is a plus.

Electrical / Controls Maintenance

You may be a strong fit if you have:

  • Industrial electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience safely troubleshooting industrial electrical systems up to 600V.
  • Strong knowledge of motors, VFDs, starters, control panels, sensors, and automated equipment.
  • PLC troubleshooting and ladder-logic familiarity.
  • Ability to read schematics and diagnose electrical/control-system problems.
  • Controls, automation, or continuous-line manufacturing experience is highly desirable.


Qualifications

Strong candidates will generally bring relevant technical education or substantial hands-on industrial maintenance experience, including:

  • Associate degree or technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related discipline and/or
  • 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience or significant multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.
  • Manufacturing, continuous-process, or production-equipment experience.
  • Strong safety awareness and dependable attendance.
  • A team-first, coachable attitude.
  • Willingness to take ownership of problems and continue developing technically.


Military maintenance technicians, industrial electricians, Navy nuclear-trained technicians, and transitioning military personnel with directly transferable experience are encouraged to apply.


Schedule

Initial training is generally completed on day shift.

Typical operating shifts include:

  • Day Shift: approximately 5:45 AM – 3:15 PM
  • Night Shift: approximately 2:45 PM – 12:50 AM

Candidates must be willing to work days or nights based on business needs. Occasional Saturdays, scheduled/unscheduled overtime, and potential on-call support may be required. Sundays are uncommon.


Compensation & Benefits

This employer utilizes a pay-for-performance compensation model, meaning the base hourly rate represents only part of the total earning opportunity.

  • Hourly rate + production bonus makes the base compensation between $42-50/hr, based on technical experience.
