- Perform basic mechanical repairs
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Assist the Building Engineer with preventive maintenance assisting the engineer with filter changing smoke detector battery replacement.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and update reports
- Comply with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental standards
- Respond to after-hours emergency situations on site as needed or on the phone.
- Perform Owner maintenance request and such assigned by the Engineer.
· Assist the Building Engineer daily with assigned tasks
