Bilingual HR Recruiter
Job Description
Pridestaff is currently seeking a Bilingual HR Recruiter/Administrator for a manufacturing company located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is temporary position to fill in for a leave of absence. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
- Pay Rate: $25-$30
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm
Job Duties: Will be responsible for supporting the HR department with various confidential tasks that may include but is not limited to the following: Sourcing and full cycle recruiting, interview and assessment of candidates, process on boarding and hiring new employees, process I9’s, conduct professional references, and run criminal backgrounds.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting
- Post and source candidates on the various social media and recruiting platforms
- Update various training and employee files
- Interview and assess candidates
- Process I9’s, references, background checks, and other miscellaneous post hire paperwork.
- Assist as needed with any reporting and technical projects for the department
- Assist with processing payroll; knowledge of Paylocity a plus
- Assist with open enrollment and other training activities
- Purge files as needed
- Other general office duties as assigned by the HR department
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of related HR experience.
- Must be Bilingual Spanish
- Must have experience with full cycle recruiting; knowledge of ATS system a plus.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be computer/tech savvy with proficiency of Microsoft Office/Excel. Knowledge of pivot tables a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs as needed to retrieve banker boxes.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Occasionally required to bend, kneel, or stoop
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check prior to start.
