Licensed Social Worker/ Bachelors of Social Work

Just Believe Life Enhancement is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) to join our growing clinical team in Ohio. We are committed to providing holistic, trauma-informed, and evidence-based mental health counseling services to individuals, children, and families.

This position is ideal for a professional passionate about community wellness, resource coordination, and empowering clients to achieve sustainable emotional health. You will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, helping clients navigate life transitions, manage mental health challenges, and access necessary community support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine client needs and assist in the development of individualized service plans.
• Deliver Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) and supportive behavioral health services within the defined scope of practice.
• Provide effective crisis intervention, support, and care coordination when necessary.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients by collaborating with treatment teams, schools, medical professionals, and community partners.
• Assist clients with securing vital community resources, including housing, employment, healthcare benefits, transportation, and educational support.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in full accordance with Ohio Medicaid, OhioMHAS, and internal JBLES standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to ensure continuity of care and adherence to clinical best practices.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in case management, behavioral health, or social services.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of Ohio Medicaid standards and mental health compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Reliable transportation for community-based support and client resource linkage.
