What You'll Be Doing

Your day is hands-on and real. You'll be leading HVAC installs, making measurements that need to be right the first time, and making sure the finished job delivers peace of mind to the homeowner.

You'll work in homes, in changing weather, lifting, moving, fitting, and solving problems as they come. This role matters because clients are counting on quality, comfort, and a team they can trust.

You'll use your experience to produce outstanding results, treat customers the way you'd want to be treated, and help set the tone for the crew through accuracy, consistency, and respect.

The Hiring Process

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $20-$25 per hour, based on your experience and fit for the role. There's also a $1500 sign-on bonus, plus performance-based bonuses. You'll work between 30 and 50 hours, giving you a clear path to steady earnings while growing with the team.

Who We're Looking For

You'll do well here if you're the kind of installer who takes pride in clean work, strong communication, and getting the details right. You know how to handle real work, real customers, and real standards without cutting corners.

• You have 3+ years of HVAC installation and repair experience
• You have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• You can lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• You bring strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• You care about exceptional service and quality in every customer interaction
• You should not apply if you don't value accuracy, consistency, respect, and teamwork
