Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspection: Visually inspect rims and wheels coming off the production line to ensure valve stem holes are correctly positioned and DOT stamps are sharp and legible.

Trim Verification: Inspect rim trim to confirm accurate depth and verify the surface is free of raised areas or defects.

Material Handling & Stacking: Safely transfer rims from chutes to skids, crates, or racks, following specified weave patterns and unit counts.

Skid Preparation & Packaging: Set up and verify pallets/racks with protective plywood, apply pallet tags, complete accurate production paperwork, and shrink-wrap finished loads for transport.

Line Support: Clear wheels from active production lines and assist with general Rim Line tasks as needed.

Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures to maintain a clean, injury-free work area.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and good work ethic are encouraged to apply).

Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout a 10-hour shift.

Attention to Detail: Ability to spot visual defects, read work instructions, and log production numbers accurately.

Reliability: Strong attendance record and dependable transportation for late-night shifts (shift ends at 12:40 AM).

Schedule Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work mandatory Friday overtime when production volume demands it.
