Location: Clearwater, FL (33764)
Employment Type: 6-month contract (with possibility of extension!)
Pay Rate: $30.77 - $33.13/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays (limited hours)

Role Overview:

BEPC Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Analyst to support our client's manufacturing operations in Clearwater, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced materials management professional with a strong background in manufacturing, ERP systems, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where proactive problem-solving is essential.

In this role, you will help optimize materials management processes by ensuring the timely availability of materials needed to support production while minimizing supply chain disruptions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory accuracy, resolve shortages, and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory levels, material availability, shortages, and supply risks.
• Execute material planning, intercompany purchasing, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores functions to maintain appropriate supply levels.
• Investigate and resolve material-related issues caused by supply disruptions, inventory discrepancies, or changing production demands.
• Monitor shortage reports, open demand, and overdue materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Partner daily with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other internal teams to identify and resolve material shortages.
• Escalate critical material issues with clear recommendations and action plans.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and analytical tools to improve material visibility and decision-making.
• Utilize SAP and other ERP/MRP systems to support planning and inventory activities.
• Drive execution of critical tasks that support manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of materials management or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with SAP or other MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience analyzing material availability, inventory, and supply processes.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  

Preferred:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing materials management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of urgency and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
