%CF; MEP DESIGN Engineer -4 Year Engineering Degree, 3 Years Experience with Consulting firm, EIT

%CF; AUTOCAD/Revit drafting.

• NFPA13 Design

%CF; NYC DOB Mechanical, Plumbing, Sprinkler and Gas Fuel Codes, NYC DEP BFP devices, SD1/SD2, NFPA13 codes

%CF; Co-ordinate with Architects and Tenants and other trades.

%CF; ASHRAE Cooling/Heating Load Calculations

%CF; Field Work Surveys for Design, Electrical, Lighting, HVAC equipment, Piping, Ductwork layout, Sprinklers, Plumbing, and Fire Alarm

%CF; HVAC equipment selection for drawing schedules

%CF; Shop Drawing Review

%CF; Professional Interaction with clients and other staff including Architects and Engineers

%CF; Duty includes filing, photocopying, scanning, transmittals.

%CF; Reviewing design drawings entering documents into the NYC DOB HUB

%CF; Active Member of Professional Society NFPA13, IEEE, AIA, ASHRAE or ASME

Design Engineering Firm, IAS licensed Special Engineering Inspection Agency which performs all type of inspections.
