We are seeking an experienced Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to join a leading company in Lewisville, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for skilled operators looking for steady work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow with a reputable company.

Location: Lewisville, TX
Pay: $18.25–$18.75/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Mid Shift: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Job Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting products. The Forklift Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift and may also be required to perform additional duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Mandatory: Cherry Picker experience required. This type of lift will be utilized approximately 95% of the time.
• Safely operate cherry picker forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products.
• Pick, put away, replenish, and move products throughout the facility.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete inventory counts and updates.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations.
• Safely operate equipment around warehouse racking and elevated work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and warehouse standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of cherry picker experience preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and cannot be afraid of heights.
• Willingness and ability to learn swing-reach equipment.
• RF scanner and warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and operate equipment for the majority of the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a strong safety-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
