For Chemline's Bulk Loader position at 5151 Natural Bridge, the CDL is primarily tied to loading/unloading and moving tanker trucks/trailers around the facility, rather than running long-haul routes. The posting describes coordinating bulk shipments and moving tankers on the property.

So for recruiting, I'd target people who want to be home every day:

  • Class A CDL
  • Tanker experience
  • Hazmat preferred
  • Bulk/chemical tanker experience
  • Local delivery experience
  • Comfortable doing physical plant labor, not just driving
  • Forklift/material-handling experience is a plus

I would not make OTR experience your primary target. A local tanker/chemical driver who is tired of being on the road could be an excellent candidate.
