Order Selector – Rincon, GA

Kelly is hiring reliable and motivated Order Selectors in Rincon, GA. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving, and material movement.

Pay & Shifts

• 1st Shift: M-F 7:00 AM–3:30 PM — $18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: M-F 4:00 PM–12:30 AM — $19.50/hour
• Saturday overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products.
• Safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Verify quantities, labels, and order information.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of electric pallet jack experience OR current certification required.
• Warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work Saturday overtime when needed.
