Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, professional HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, communicating clearly, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role is about more than turning wrenches. You'll be a trusted advisor to homeowners, helping them make informed decisions about comfort, safety, system performance, and energy efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate confidently with homeowners by explaining system issues, repair options, and recommendations in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, maintenance, and available service options.
• Deliver a professional, premium in-home experience that builds trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Follow established service processes, safety standards, and digital documentation procedures using ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and treat every customer's home with respect.
• Properly maintain your company vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Participate in ongoing technical, sales, and customer-service training to continually improve your skills.
• Work collaboratively with the team while taking ownership of your responsibilities and results.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred. Apprentices with strong technical fundamentals may also be considered.
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with homeowners.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
• Coachable, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to grow.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
