Dedicated Staffing is seeking multiple (5) Assembly Manufacturing Technician for our Bridgeton, MO facility. This position will be responsible for building electro-mechanical assemblies per blueprints, schematics, and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience using basic hand tools such as ratchets, screw drivers, and wrenches. .

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rework
  • Provide technical support to engineers and scientist on moderately complex components, devices, material, products, processes, and/or equipment
  • Responsible for testing, modifying, reworking, and repairing electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies
  • Design and test prototype assemblies and production units
  • Work from complex wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications and sketches and running sheets
  • Use judgment in re-working or re-wiring to bring unit within quality control specifications
  • Test, inspect, and repair electronic, optical, or mechanical assemblies

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Must demonstrate strong decision-making and leadership skills
  • Experienced handling small delicate components, using ESD practices
  • Soldering and wire bonding experience a plus
  • Must have good mechanical skills
  • Must be experienced in the safe handling of chemicals
  • Ability to walk, sit, stand, stoop, climb, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time

Additional details:

Manufacturing Technician II Contractor (5 Openings)

Monday – Thursday from 3pm – 1:30am

2 Fifteen-Minute Breaks /30-minute Lunch

$21.75 - $24.75 /hour
